God Thinks You’re a Loser, South Austin Pictures latest feature film, has been completed.  A private screening for cast and crew was a howling success; additional screenings are planned in Los Angeles and Shreveport, Louisiana.  It is expected to make a big splash on the festival circuit.

A lunatic fable about sin, damnation, and Hell itself, this weird comic-book romp mixes kinky sex, blasphemous theology, and potty humor into an offbeat film that is as disturbing as it is hilarious.  You’ve never seen anything like it.

Everything or Nothing, our first completed feature, has recently been seen at the Kansas International Film Festival and the TOMI Festival in New Orleans.

God Thinks You’re a Loser was sought out by a major festival in Europe before it was completed.  It was not finished in time to enter but will definitely be ready for that same festival in 2009.  The process of entering top-tier festivals is underway full swing, and the Executive Producer has set-up meetings in New York and Los Angeles regarding distribution.

Gary Chason, the Director of both features, recently directed a high-production-value short in Houston.  It’s entitled Bob: Urban Legend and it’s a satire about a chubby white guy who becomes the top black comic in America.  It was written and produced by well-known black stand-up comic, Billy D. Washington.
