Eileen W. Allan is Board Certified
in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal
Specialization. She earned her J.D. from Loyola University –
New Orleans in 1991 and her B.A., Economics from Newcomb College
of Tulane University in 1983. Eileen is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
She has been associated with the firm since 1996.
Eileen’s practice areas include Estate
and Tax planning, Wills and Trusts, Probate, and Estate and
Trust Administration.
Eileen is licensed as an attorney by the Supreme
Court of Texas and a member of the State Bar of Texas and the
Houston Bar Association. She is also a member of the College
of the State Bar of Texas, the Real Estate, Probate and Trust
Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Probate, Trusts and
Estate Section of the Houston Bar Association, and The Houston
Estate and Financial Forum.
Eileen is originally from Memphis, Tennessee,
and she has lived in Miami, Florida and New Orleans, Louisiana.
Her hobbies and interests include traveling, in-line skating,
blues music, scuba, and yoga. She is a regular volunteer for
the Orange Show Foundation’s annual Art Car Parade. Eileen
is also a member and active volunteer at First Unitarian Universalist
Church. She has one son.
