John O. Brentin received his law degree in 1978 and, after practicing with his prior firm for 15 years, founded John O. Brentin & Associates, L.L.P. in 1993.

Eileen W. Allan and Melissa J. Willms-Gol are both Of Counsel to the firm. John, Eileen, and Melissa are Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Additionally, Melissa holds a Master of Laws in Tax Law.
