Bambi McCullough is Vice President and co-founder of Chrysalis Partners, LLC. For more than 20 years, Ms. McCullough has provided executive coaching and management consulting to business owners and banking professionals. Ms. McCullough served as the Executive Vice President of Human and Organizational Development and Chief Service Officer of Sterling Bank, located in Houston, Texas.
  Bambi is committed to providing opportunities for individuals and organizations to achieve extraordinary levels of performance through Chrysalis’ on-going and custom courses. She has been a speaker at national and international business conferences on subjects including leadership, coaching and management, as well as on measuring and creating aligned, values-based learning organizations.
 

Bambi’s work within organizations has resulted in the creation of environments of outstanding leadership, peak performance and exceptional customer service, while sustaining a fulfilling work environment. Ms. McCullough was instrumental in designing an employee fulfillment strategy that allowed Sterling Bank to be recognized as one of Fortune Magazine’s Best Companies To Work For – an achievement that was reached in 2003 with a ranking of #26 and again in 2004 with a ranking of #27. In addition, her work in building Sterling University, the educational arm of Sterling Bank, was recognized by the American Society of Training and Development BEST awards ranking #5 in Nov. 2003 in Washington D.C. Under her leadership, employee fulfillment measures have improved and service scores have grown 70% over the last five years. These are skills that she can bring to any company or organization.
  Ms. McCullough received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and is the author of “Becoming the Best Place to Work is All About People,” and “Measuring Employment Fulfillment – Invisible Gold."
