work environment. Ms. McCullough was instrumental

Companies To Work For – an achievement
that was reached in 2003 with a ranking
of #26 and again in 2004 with a ranking
of #27. In addition, her work in building
Sterling University, the educational arm
of Sterling Bank, was recognized by the
American Society of Training and Development
BEST awards ranking #5 in Nov. 2003 in Washington
D.C. Under her leadership, employee fulfillment
measures have improved and service scores
have grown 70% over the last five years.
