Chrysalis Partners was founded in 1998 by former Sterling Bank executives George Martinez and Bambi McCullough. Martinez and McCullough recognized a global need to expand the overwhelmingly successful leadership ideas and methods they spearheaded that continue to produce outstanding results and recognition at Sterling Bank.
