Sharon Jacobson spent eighteen years successfully developing and managing multi-million dollar non-profit organizations prior to becoming a partner with Chrysalis Partners, LLC.
  Ms. Jacobson has served as both a consultant and as an executive director, assisting non-profit organizations in program design and fundraising, strategic planning and staff development for organizations including: Project GRAD, New Foundations for Neighborhoods/LISC, The Campaign for Human Development, Centro Educativo Nuevo Mundo, Ecuador, The John D. and Catherine T. Mac Arthur Foundation, The Institute for Enterprise Excellence at the University of Houston, and the Coalition for the Homeless.
 

Ms. Jacobson distinguishes herself by creating organizations that have both a high degree of accountability and employee satisfaction. A major aspect of her work involves the creation of leadership. She has assessed and implemented leadership development programs and has outstanding competence in leadership creation. For clients of Chrysalis Partners, LLC, she provides strategic planning, comprehensive consulting, training and executive coaching in organizational and leadership development.
